Molly Tea Duluth sits at 2131 Pleasant Hill Rd, Ste 135, inside Mall Corners Shopping Center, and it is the chain’s second Georgia store. It soft-opened March 16, 2026 with 12% off, then ran buy-one-get-one over its March 20–22 grand opening weekend. Drinks land between $6.99 and $9.49. The store holds a 4.9 average across 90-plus Uber Eats ratings. One detail separates it from every other Molly Tea in Georgia: it stops serving at 9:30 PM Monday through Thursday, an hour and a half earlier than the Doraville store.

That early weekday close catches people out, so start there.

Some map listings still show a 10:00 PM Monday close. If you are driving over after 9 PM on a weeknight, treat 9:30 as the real cutoff and check the Uber Eats storefront before you leave — the kitchen stops accepting orders before the door closes, the same pattern the Doraville store follows.

Where it actually is, and why parking is the story

Mall Corners is a 304,260-square-foot strip center built in 1985, wrapping the corner of Pleasant Hill Road and Satellite Boulevard in Gwinnett County. It sits directly across Pleasant Hill from the shuttered Gwinnett Place Mall, roughly half a mile off I-85.

That matters for one reason. This is a large surface lot serving an ageing, partly vacant center — so parking is plentiful in a way almost no other Molly Tea location manages. A Yelp reviewer put the trade-off plainly: lots of parking space, not a lot of seating. Yelp also lists validated parking, dogs allowed, restrooms, wifi, and wheelchair access.

Suite 135 faces the lot. There is a dedicated turn lane off Pleasant Hill and a pylon sign at the road, which helps because the storefront is small against a long facade.

Neighbours in the same center include Pho House, Haru Ichiban, Kababji Grill, El Torero, and Hansel & Gretel Bakery. Okiboru and Iron Age Korean Steak House sit within the immediate corridor. A drink here folds naturally into a dinner run rather than being a destination on its own.

The apple milk tea placing third at its debut store is the interesting part. Its base is Yunnan high-altitude jasmine green tea picked at one bud and two leaves, cut with fresh apple juice. It reads light and drinks fast — and it separates if it sits, so it is a poor choice for delivery and a good one at the counter.
