The Houston location launched in early 2026. Public opening material places its soft opening in early February, followed by the grand-opening weekend, despite some preview coverage appearing in late January.

The cheapest straightforward tea on the current pickup menu is Premium Jasmine Iced Tea at $4.59+. Houston also lists Premium Jasmine Oat Milk Tea at $7.99+, along with osmanthus, white champaca, gardenia and oolong-based oat drinks.

What should you order at Molly Tea Houston?

For a first Houston order, the strongest local signal is still the Premium Jasmine Milk Tea. DoorDash currently labels it the store’s #1 most-liked item, and Houston reviewers consistently identify jasmine as the defining flavor here.

Snowy Jasmine makes sense if you want something richer. It adds jasmine whipped cream and pecans to the milk-tea base. The current pickup price is $7.99+, compared with $8.99 on DoorDash.

For something outside the standard milk-tea lane, Pistachio Jasmine Coco combines jasmine tea, coconut water and pistachio cheese. Local Houston coverage singled it out as a lighter, nut-forward alternative to the milkier drinks.

If jasmine is too floral for you, Houston coverage also points to White Champaca Milk Tea as a softer alternative.

Parking and visiting Dun Huang Plaza

Molly Tea is in Building D, Suite D226. Dun Huang Plaza’s directory notes that Building D has a large parking garage, so you do not have to rely only on the surface spaces around the plaza.

Opening-week lines were substantial, but current visitor reports are more mixed. Some weekday customers report little or no line, while busy periods can still produce waits. Recent reviews also mention self-service kiosks and recommend ordering ahead when the store is crowded.
