Atlanta’s jasmine milk tea craze is heading for the big malls.

Molly Tea, the Chinese tea chain known for its floral drinks and whipped cream toppings, has listed two new Atlanta locations as “coming soon”: one at Lenox Square and one at Perimeter Mall. That would double the brand’s footprint in metro Atlanta, which currently has two stores in Doraville and Duluth.

No opening dates have been announced yet. Here’s what we know so far, and where you can get a cup in the meantime.

Lenox Square: The One That Was Planned From the Start

The Lenox Square store has been in the works for a while.

Back in March 2026, when Molly Tea soft-opened its Duluth store, the franchise owner, Terry Qian, told What Now Atlanta that the brand was targeting Lenox Square in Buckhead for its third Atlanta-area location, with an opening aimed for later in 2026.

Now the location is officially listed, with a full address at 3393 Peachtree Rd NE.

For Molly Tea, Lenox Square is a big step. It’s one of Atlanta’s best-known shopping destinations, and a store there puts the brand in front of shoppers and visitors in Buckhead, not just fans willing to drive out to the suburbs.

Perimeter Mall: The Surprise Addition

Perimeter Mall is the newer, less expected addition.

Earlier reports about Molly Tea’s Atlanta growth mentioned only Doraville, Duluth and Lenox Square. Perimeter Mall hadn’t come up before. It now appears on the franchise’s website as a fourth location, at 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Rd in Dunwoody.

That gives Molly Tea a spot in another major mall, convenient for shoppers and office workers in the Perimeter Center area.

What We Don’t Know Yet

Molly Tea hasn’t shared much beyond the addresses. Here’s what’s still unconfirmed:

In metro Atlanta, it has gone from zero to two stores in about a year. With Lenox Square and Perimeter Mall on the way, that number could soon be four.
